Médaille Bronze at the Salon des Artistes Français

Melanie Furtado was selected for the 2023 Salon des Artistes Français held from February 15 - 19, 2023 at the Grand Palais Ephémère in Paris, France. Her sculpture Lukianna was awarded the honor of the Médaille de Bronze (an honor not often awarded to first-time exhibitors).

The history of the french Salon dates from 1880 and includes historical artists such as Auguste Rodin, Camille Claudel and Rosa Bonheur.
